Invite a colleague to your Supermemory organization, choose their access, and share the invitation link.
Invite colleagues from the Supermemory console so they can access your organization’s workspace. Choose their role and access, then share an invitation link they can accept with their own account.
Create the invitation in the organization your colleague needs to join:

Open your organization’s Team settings
Open the console and select your organization from the top-left organization menu. Open Settings → Team.
Team settings lists members and pending invitations. This screenshot uses a local Acme demo organization.

Enter your colleague’s email
Click Invite member. Enter the email address your colleague uses to sign in.

Choose their role and access
Select a role:
Member: Use this role for workspace access without team or billing administration.
Admin: Use this role for full access, including members, billing, and settings.
For a Member, keep Full access to include all containers. On Scale or Enterprise, choose Restricted to limit access to selected container tags. Add at least one tag and select Read or Write for each tag.
The Invite member dialog defaults to Member and Full access.

Create the invitation and share its link
Click Send invite. Find your colleague’s email under Pending invitations. Click their link in the Invite link column to copy it, then share it privately with that colleague.The invitation expires after seven days. To cancel it, click the × at the end of its row.
Log in or create an account with the email address you invited.
Check the organization name and role, then click ACCEPT.
If they see This invitation is not for you, ask them to click LOG IN WITH A DIFFERENT ACCOUNT. They need to sign in with the invited email address. If the invitation has expired or you canceled it, create a new invitation and share its new link.Return to Settings → Team and confirm your colleague appears under Members. Their invitation no longer appears under Pending invitations after they accept.
