Improvements

OpenCode can use exact user and project container tags, making the same memory scopes reusable across teammates and machines.

Fixes

Fixed an issue where OpenCode failed to save captured conversation transcripts.
Fixed an issue where MCP's forget action failed instead of deleting the selected memory.
Short notes and questions can now finish processing even when they do not need a generated summary.

Polish

Nova now uses the correct Integrations icon and a subtler, evenly spaced background grid in graph view.
