Owners and admins can reset an organization while keeping members, billing, and the default project, CLI-created agents appear on Console's Agents page, and restricted members no longer see admin-only commands.

### Improvements

* Owners and admins can reset an organization, clearing its data and connections while keeping members, billing, and the default project.
* Product-tip and usage emails now include a working unsubscribe link.

### Fixes

* CLI-created agents now appear on Console's Agents page.
* Restricted members no longer see admin-only commands, Organization settings, or empty sidebar sections.
* Starting User Insights twice no longer creates competing runs or clears the active report.
* Plan-gated Console pages now recognize plan changes without another sign-in.
* MCP clients connecting to /mcp no longer get a 404 during initialization.
