Paid Console users can open the billing portal from the Billing page, the Requests page gets adjustable page sizes, connector setup lets you choose a document limit, and the Documents API adds audio transcription.

### Improvements

* Paid Console users can now open the billing portal from the Billing page.
* Console's Requests page now lets you choose how many rows to show per page.
* Console connector setup now lets you choose a document limit from 1 to 500.

### Fixes

* Nova's document details now open Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides at their original source URLs.
* Container tags containing colons work again in API requests.
* The Documents API can now retry a failed document with the same custom ID instead of returning the failed record again.

### Polish

* Console Billing now shows the current plan, overage controls, and previous period side by side, with the downgrade action on the current plan.
