PDF imports retry failed pages with a fallback extractor without truncating long documents, and Console no longer shows accepted invitations as pending or overflows on long organization IDs.

* PDF imports now retry failed pages with a fallback extractor and avoid truncating long documents.
* Console no longer shows accepted organization invitations as pending.
* Long organization IDs no longer overflow the account menu.
* Fixed an issue that caused some multi-chunk documents to fail during processing.

### Polish

* Organization Settings and login content now stay within readable page widths.
